Bye-bye, Winter Shipping Surcharge! With the weather starting to get nicer, we've opened up more flexible and cost-effective shipping options for you from our shipping partners UPS and Canada Post! We've put away the insulation and heat packs until it gets chilly again, but all shipping orders will continue to be hand-wrapped with care and in our signature black bags!
Some shipping options may also be restricted to ensure that your orders are not subjected to long travel times. We reserve the right to SHIP TO YOUR NEAREST POST OFFICE OR UPS ACCESS POINT WITH CARDED DELIVERY in the case of extreme weather conditions. You can also let us know in your Order Notes to delay shipment or delivery until a specific date.
We offer a number of ways to get your plants to you!
Curbside pick-up and local delivery around London are economical ways to snag your plants; our pickup location is at 390 Spruce St. on the east end of town. We utilize UPS and Canada Post as our preferred shipping partners for deliveries outside the London area and across the country. Finally, we also do monthly regional delivery service within the St. Thomas-GTA corridor to get your plants to you door-to-door!
Pricing and Payments

We constantly review market trends to keep our prices competitive. We're also currently working out the details of our VIP program to give you even more incentives!
When it comes to purchasing anything online, we don't take your security lightly. That's why we've partnered with a number of platforms to ensure that all your transactions are processed safely, including: Square for debit and credit, Paypal, Interac e-Transfer, and express payments with Apple Pay and Google Pay. Finally, our partnership with Afterpay means that you can get your favourite plants in bi-weekly, interest-free installments (*subject to approval)!
We guarantee our plants within TEN days of delivery, as long as they are kept in their original condition (i.e., plants are kept in shipping pot and substrate; no root disturbance; no cuttings taken, etc.). PLEASE NOTE that we discourage unnecessary repotting and any such changes within the ten-day period voids our guarantee.
We carefully package every order you place. However, we cannot guarantee against reasonable transit damage, including but not limited to minor folds or rips in leaves, or a proportionally small loss of foliage.
We reserve the right to determine any plant's eligibility for a refund or replacement. If a refund or replacement is warranted, we may ask you to ship the original plant back to us in proper fashion (e.g., correct size box, heat pack).
We strive to ensure that you are pleased with your order; however, if your experience is less than ideal, we ask that you reach out to us privately through DMs on our social media, or email us within ten days of delivery.
