To keep your plants safe from inclement weather conditions, all Winter orders will ship with Cool Shield Bubble Rolls AND environmentally-safe, disposable heat packs with biodegradable inner contents. The price quoted by our Shipping Calculator at Checkout will already the cost of these materials, so there are no additional charges!
Some shipping options may also be restricted during the cold season to ensure that your orders are not subjected to long travel times. In extreme winter conditions, we reserve the right to SHIP TO YOUR NEAREST POST OFFICE OR UPS ACCESS POINT WITH CARDED DELIVERY to avoid having your plants sit out in the cold. You can also let us know in your Order Notes to delay shipment or delivery until a specific date.
Our Philosophy
Just like many of you, our extended time indoors has given us the chance to reflect on the serene beauty that our houseplants provide. We understand the awe and rush of excitement that comes with a new growth or flower unfurling. We share your frustration at browning tips or pesky insects. We know the healing power of a plant given in sympathy, or the joy of gifting a loved one with something from their wish list. Our twofold goal is to get a plant in everyone's hands, and to help you build memories with tropical plants we so often rarely see here in Canada!
We want to make that experience as pleasant and stress-free as possible. We do everything with a personal touch and ensure that we only sell plants we feel confident have a great chance of thriving. All plants that come to us from outside the country are backed by a phytosanitary certificate.
Delivery Info
We offer a number of ways to get your plants to you!
Curbside pick-up and local delivery around London are economical ways to snag your plants; our pickup location is at 390 Spruce St. in the bustling Argyle neighbourhood on the East end of town. We utilize UPS and Canada Post as our preferred shipping partners for deliveries outside the London area and across the country. Finally, we also do monthly regional delivery service within the St. Thomas-GTA corridor to get your plants to you door-to-door!

We constantly review market trends to keep our prices competitive. We're also currently working out the details of our VIP program to give you even more incentives!
When it comes to purchasing anything online, we don't take your security lightly. That's why we've partnered with a number of platforms to ensure that all your transactions are processed safely, including: Square for debit and credit, Paypal, Interac e-Transfer, and express payments with Apple Pay and Google Pay. Finally, our partnership with Afterpay means that you can get your favourite plants in bi-weekly, interest-free installments (*subject to approval)!
Plant Guarantee
All our plants have a LIVE ARRIVAL guarantee! We also guarantee our plants within TEN days of delivery, as long as they are kept in their original condition (i.e., plants are kept in shipping pot and substrate; no root disturbance; no cuttings taken, etc.). PLEASE NOTE that we discourage unnecessary repotting and any such changes within the ten-day period voids our guarantee.
We carefully hand-wrap and package every order you place. However, we ask that you allow for reasonable transit damage, including but not limited to minor folds or rips in leaves, or a proportionally small loss of foliage.
We strive to ensure that you are pleased with your order; however, if your experience is less than ideal, we ask that you reach out to us privately through DMs on our social media, or email us within ten days of delivery. We reserve the right to determine any plant's eligibility for a refund or replacement.
